Scope includes the demolition and replacement of existing pathways and flagstone paving, ADA access improvements, grading and drainage improvements, fencing, furnishings, landscaping and irrigation, utilities, protection of existing trees and artwork World Wall of Peace, and other site amenities. No bids will be accepted after the date and time stated above. Submittal of Response by fax is NOT acceptable. Incomplete bids and bids which do not conform to the requirements specified herein, will not be considered. Issuance of the IFB does not obligate the City to award a contract, nor is the City liable for any costs incurred by the bidder in the preparation and submittal of bids for the subject work. The City retains the right to award all or parts of this contract to several bidders, to not select any bidders, and/or to re-solicit bids. The act of submitting a bid is a declaration that the bidder has read the IFB and understands all the requirements and conditions.
