Site work for a transportation facility in Owosso, Michigan. Completed plans call for site work for a transportation facility.
This project consists of replacing airfield NAVAIDs including two (2) sets of PAPIs, primary wind cone and segmented circle, taxiway reflectors, and taxiway guidance signs. The project shall be complete and ready for final inspection within twenty-six (26) calendar days from the effective date of the Notice-to-Proceed. The intent of the contract is to provide for construction and completion, in every detail, of the work described. It is further intended that the Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, tools, transportation, and supplies required to complete the work in accordance with the plans, specifications, and terms of the contract. Alteration of work and quantities. The Owner reserves the right to make such changes in quantities and work as may be necessary or desirable to complete, in a satisfactory manner, the original intended work. Unless otherwise specified in the Contract, the Owners Engineer or RPR shall be and is hereby authorized to make, in writing, such in-scope alterations in the work and variation of quantities as may be necessary to complete the work, provided such action does not represent a significant change in the character of the work.
