Description

Site work for a civil project in San Antonio, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.

As of 12/3/2024 this project has not yet been awarded. Award details will be made available following December 2024 SAWS Board meeting. The Project includes construction of a new 3.0 Million Gallon (MG) Elevated Storage Tank (EST), including site/grading/drainage improvements, driveways, security fencing, traffic control, yard piping, water main and tie-in, and water line bore under S. Zarzamora St. Also included is construction of electrical equipment, security, SCADA controls and other related appurtenances. Prior to construction of the new EST, demolition is required of existing structures on site. The Project also includes demolition of the existing 3.0 MG Rhoda Standpipe, electrical building, valve vault and piping within the site. After demolition of the standpipe site restoration including grading and seeding is required.
