Attention of Bidders is Called to All of the Requirements Contained in This Bid Packet, Particularly to Prevailing Wage Standards, Various Insurance Requirements, and the Requirement for a Payment Bond and Performance Bond for 100% of the Contract Price. Bidders Must Comply With the Prevailing Wage Rates on Public Improvements in Fayette County, Ohio for the Combined Phase I and Phase Ii Project. The Engineer's Estimate for the Airport 2023 Subsurface Drainage Project Phase I is $162,644.00 and Airport 2023 Subsurface Drainage Project Phase Ii is $171,371.53 and a Total Estimate for Phase I and Phase Ii Combined $434,220.19. No Bidder May Withdraw His Bid Within Thirty (30) Days After the Actual Date of Opening Thereof. The County of Fayette Reserves the Right to Waive Any Informalities or Reject Any or All Bids.
