This project is no longer moving forward. Fire Alarm System at the Saint Charles County Ambulance District Base 12 located at 200 McMenamy Saint Peters, Missouri 63376 needs a new monitoring panel and upgrades to the base equipment to bring the building up to code. Additional electrical requirements will need to be added to the bid including but not limited to new conduit, additional wiring, pull strings, in wall applications, flex piping, box blanks, electrical breakers, terminations, and other wiring needs not mentioned above. Fire monitoring equipment will be the 4007ES or equivalent model with the use of a cell dialer and\or VOIP line to communicate with vendor supplying the monitoring service. Service must have a primary and secondary line for monitoring. Building fire alarm smoke, horns, and strobes should be upgraded to current code. Looking to add 6 additional smoke detectors with some having CO2 sensors. Seven (7) heat detectors, 2 monitor modules for sprinkler system, six pull stations, 8 strobes, and 4 strobes on top of what is already installed in the building. A design build proposal will be accepted. All work will be a turnkey system, vendor will be responsible for obtaining all bids necessary for electrical, carpentry, painting, sprinkler system additions and clean up. All questions to confirm the meaning or intent of the Contract Documents or requirements are to be submitted in writing to the Facilities Manager at Jfeldmann@sccad.com. The last day for clarification shall be 13:00 on September 11, 2024.
