Total Project Budget: $550,000.00 General Project Description: Design build a Skatepark, dimensions 144' x 72', Pickleball and Basketball court overall dimensions 144' x 84'. 1. Remove existing asphalt and fencing (existing fence poles will remain) 2. Replace it with concrete, new fencing, and two (2) new gates. 3. Flat concrete areas are to be stained. 4. The Skatepark shall have a minimum of five (5) concrete features. 5. Eight (8) solar lights 6. Three (3) concrete or metal benches 7. Poles and nets for two (2) pickleball courts 8. Existing basketball poles will remain, upgrade backboards, rims and nets two (2) each. 9.
