Renovation of a municipal facility in Jonestown, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 36,500-square-foot municipal facility.
This Project is a Standard Low Bid Project and Includes: General Construction The work under this Contract shall generally consist of, but not necessarily be limited to, providing all labor, material, devices, tools and equipment required for the replacement of approx. 36,500 sf of existing TPO and EPDM roofing located at 40 Fisher Avenue, Jonestown, Lebanon County, Pennsylvania and shall be in total accordance with the specifications and drawings and subject to the terms and conditions of all other Contract Documents. Estimated Range: General Construction - $1,000,001.00 - $1,500,000.00 Estimated Range: Liquidated Damages: General Construction - $370.00 per day Question Deadline 09/20/2024 at 4:30 PM ET Questions are due back by COB. The Department of General Services Public Works and the Bureau of Diversity, Inclusion and Small Business Opportunities (BDISBO) identified this procurement as eligible for the setting of Small Diverse Business (SDB) and/or Veteran Business Enterprise (VBE) participation goals. This is a significant programmatic change from the SDB and SB Participation program contained in prior Projects issued by Public Works. Bidders now must agree to meet the SDB and VBE Participation Goals in full or demonstrate that they have made Good Faith Efforts to meet the Goals. Refer to the Instructions to Bidders section regarding Small Diverse Business and Veteran Business Enterprise Participation for further information. The Goals for each Prime Contract is as follows: SDB AND VBE GOALS .1 General Construction - SDB = 11.0% VBE = 3.0% *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
