Town of Sneads invites Qualified individuals/firms to submit to the Town of Sneads, Statements Of Qualifications for Engineering Services related to the towns projects funded under the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) DR-4399 Hazard Mitigation Grant Program (HMGP) related to the following projects; 4399-045-R Town of Sneads Lift Stations Generators, 4399-046-R Town of Sneads Two (2) Potable Water Wells Generators, and 4399-094-R Town of Sneads Police Department Generator. Funding for this project may also be provided by the Community Development Block Grant Disaster Recovery Hazard Mitigation Grant Match Program (CDBG-DR HMGMP). Small business and minority businesses, womens business enterprises, and labor surplus area firms are encouraged to submit proposals, and firms using such subcontractors are strongly encouraged to solicit such firms in the subcontracting process. Any Contracts/subcontracts issued under this procurement must comply with the necessary affirmative steps to assure that minority businesses, womens business enterprises, and labor surplus area firms are used, when possible, in accordance with 2 CFR 200.32.
