The Project includes the following Work: The Town of Sneads CDBG-DR Wastewater Improvements Phase I project involves installing approximately 6,000 linear feet of 12-inch sewer force main from Lift Station 2 (LS2) to the Sneads Wastewater Treatment Plant, including air release valve assemblies and all necessary components. Improvements at LS2 include removing and replacing two existing submersible pumps, the control panel, and SCADA system; installing an emergency bypass pump and an electromagnetic flow meter; relocating the existing generator to the town's potable water well site; and replacing a portion of the existing security fence. All materials and work must meet the specifications outlined in the bid documents and comply with local, state, and federal regulations.
