Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Wood River, Illinois. Completed plans call for site work for a clubhouse / community center; golf course; road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
The work shall consist of 2-inch roto mill of existing asphalt surface and 2-inch asphaltic concrete surface overlay of approximately 5.3 miles of 8ftwide golf cart path and of approximately 12,000 sf of extra asphalt surface around the clubhouse. The City of Wood River reserves the right to not open a sole bid and to waive, or not to waive, any irregularities in the bids and to determine which is the lowest and best bid for the work.
