Renovation of a municipal facility in Columbus, Ohio. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The City of Columbus (hereinafter "City") is accepting bids for 375 S HIGH ST BOILER FLUE REPLACEMENT the work for which includes during normal business hours, mobilization, remove existing insulation as necessary, demo existing boiler flue elbow, fabricate 22 inch round, stainless steel boiler flue elbow with welded companion flange offsite, install new boiler flue elbow, seal new elbow with high temperature red silicone caulking, insulate new boiler flue elbow, and other such work as may be necessary to complete the contract. 375 S High St Boiler Flue Replacement Allows zero unit prices and labor Yes Allows negative unit prices and labor Yes All work shall be substantially complete within 6 weeks of the Notice to Proceed.
