Project Type RFP (Request for Proposal) Response Types Response File General Attachment (required) Type of Award Lump Sum The City of Fresno Department of Transportation/Fresno Area Express (FAX) is procuring services of a qualified service provider to obtain ongoing inspection, testing, maintenance, and repairs of fire alarm and fire suppression systems. 1. GENERAL. The Contractor shall furnish all supervision, labor, materials, and equipment to conduct inspections, testing, maintenance, and repair services of fire suppression and fire alarm systems. Service activities include, but are not limited to, the following: monitoring, technical support, inspections, testing, maintenance, repair, product/systems support, informal training or review equipment operations and controls. a. The Contractor shall service one or more of the following systems: o Fire Suppression/Sprinkler Systems o Backflow Preventers o Portable Fire Extinguishers and Bus Fire Suppression Cylinders o Fire Alarm/Control Panel o Gas Detection (Including smoke, carbon-monoxide, CNG, & hydrogen) Online Q&A Yes Q&A Deadline 09/24/2024 5:00 PM (PDT). Project Duration Two-year contract with 3-(1)-year extension options
