Renovation of a playground / park / athletic field in National City, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 16,655-square-foot playground / park / athletic field.
The general scope of work is for purchase, placement and commissioning of modular buildings for Las Palmas Park pool area. This is a general description of the work to be done by the Contractor and is not intended to be the official scope of work which is described in the Contract Documents. The Contractor shall coordinate all aspects of the project and pull all utility permits necessary for a turn-key project. In conformance with State of California Assembly Bill 2036 complete bid and contract document sets will be available electronically at no cost only at nationalcityca.gov where a link to PlanetBids is provided. It shall be the responsibility of the prospective bidders to download and print the bid and contract documents for review and bid. Bidders shall also check PlanetBids via the link provided at nationalcityca.gov for addenda prior to bidding.
