Site work, paving and renovation of a mixed-use development in Manassas, Virginia. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility; for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
This project includes a comprehensive renovation/modernization of the Public Works and Utilities Facility. FY 2026 - Electric equipment covered canopy, multi-division covered equipment storage FY 2027 - Covered canopy storage for Streets, Water and Sewer FY 2028 - Expansion of interior vehicle wash rack, material storage bins, resurfacing of parking lot and yard FY 2029 - Expansion of interior vehicle wash rack, renovation of streets, traffic and grounds spaces Future - Renovation of Building A and B. This project is included in the city's 2025-2029 Capital Improvement Program (CIP). As pf August 7, 2025, project is funded for construction FY2026-2029. *Project information has been obtained through a public capital improvement plan (CIP). A CIP is a financial schedule for short- and long-range projects which is updated regularly.
