Site work for a water / sewer project in Manassas, Virginia. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Provide all materials, equipment and labor necessary for the construction of GAINESVILLE 36-INCH DISCHARGE MAIN in accordance with the Contract Documents. The work includes, but is not limited to the following: Mobilization/ Demobilization and Closeout - All work related to the preparations prior to the commencement of any work, demobilization of project site and closeout. Installation of approximately: o 20 linear feet (LF) of 30-inch DIP watermain, appurtenances, and fittings o 1,345 linear feet (LF) of 36-inch DIP watermain, appurtenances, and fittings o 20 linear feet (LF) of 42-inch DIP watermain, appurtenances, and fittings o 207 linear feet (LF) of 36-inch DIP watermain within 54-inch steel casing and fittings, installed using trenchless methods o Rock Excavation (optional contract item) o Undercut excavation and select backfill of undercut excavation (optional contract item) o Batting cage replacement (optional contract item) o Miscellaneous work as shown on the Drawings and as specified.
