Landfill Regulatory Support Services. Contractor Selection Date: Upon Board of Supervisors Approval 01/07/25 Question Deadline 09/12/2024 at 10:00 AM PT All questions or requests for interpretations must be received Respondents are not to contact other County personnel with any questions or clarifications concerning this RFP. The County of Orange, OC Waste & Recycling (hereinafter referred to as "County"), is soliciting proposals from qualified firms (hereinafter referred to as "Respondents") for Provision of training, preparation of regulatory compliance reports, updating compliance plans, and general support related to the following compliance programs: National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES); Spill Prevention, Control, and Countermeasure (SPCC); and, Waste Discharge Requirements (WDR). Respondents must meet the minimum qualifications and requirements as set forth within the RFP and be capable of providing services identified in the Scope of Work herein. County reserves the right to request proposal revisions and hold discussions and negotiations with any Respondent as necessary to serve the best interests of the County. Any Proposal may be rejected if it is conditional, incomplete or deviates from specifications in this RFP. The County reserves the right to waive, at its discretion, any procedural irregularity, immaterial defects or other improprieties which the County deems reasonably correctable or otherwise not warranting rejection of the Proposal. Any waiver will not excuse a proponent from full compliance.
