The City of Frisco will utilize a single or multiple Contractor(s) to provide maintenance and repair of the City of Frisco's Fiber Optic Infrastructure, in the City of Frisco, Texas. The Contractor will provide staff and fiber optic network maintenance and repair services that will minimize downtown of network operation and facilitate efficient fiber optic infrastructure construction and operation and ultimately enhanced communication for the City of Frisco Transportation Network. These services will be provided by the Contractor personnel at the direction of, and in concert with, the City of Frisco Traffic Engineering Department. Question Deadline 09/26/2024 at 4:00 PM CT Questions are to be sent to purchasing@friscotexas.gov A performance bond will be required for all on-call projects over $100,000.00 and a payment bond will be required for all on-call projects over $50,000.00 (both payment and performance bonds are to be in the full contracted amount for the individual project The City will have the right and option to terminate the contract upon thirty (30) days written notice. The successful proposer may be required to execute a written contract.
