The County is looking to award a 3- year contract. This work is subject to payment of prevailing wages under Labor Code Section 1720 et. seq. and 1770 et. seq., which require the payment of prevailing wage rates and the performance on certain "public works" and "maintenance" project, as defined by the Prevailing Wage Laws, and if total compensation is $1,000 or more, contractor agrees, to fully comply with such Prevailing Wage Laws, if applicable. Qualifications: Contractor must possess a C-27 Landscape California State Licensing, issued by the California State Licensing Board. Please see Section 3.6. if Contractor intends to sub-contract for any part of this project.
