For Collection, Removal and Disposal of Garbage, Rubbish, Bulk Waste, Designated Recyclables & On Call Collection of Household Hazardous Waste and Il-Waste The Borough of Conway will accept sealed bids for the collection, removal and disposal of garbage, rubbish, bulky waste, designated recyclables, and on-call collection of household hazardous waste and e-waste Bids must be made on bid forms in accordance with the Instructions for Bidders, furnished by the Borough Secretary at the above location. All bids must be accompanied by a bid bond or certified check, in favor of the Borough of Conway, for an amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the first year's contract price. A performance bond in the amount of the first-year contract price is required. The Borough of Conway expects to award the Contract to the lowest responsible bidder at a subsequent public meeting. The Borough of Conway reserves the right to accept or reject any and all proposals, to waive any technical defects and to accept or reject any proposal or combination of proposals that it may deem to be in the best interest of the Borough
