The Contractor shall supply all supervision, labor, equipment, and materials to perform all work in strict accordance with the $175M MATOC umbrella contract specifications, this Statement of Work, and identified drawings to provide a complete and usable product by performing repairs to insulate and seal the Lewis Army Museum windows and doors at Building 4320 on Joint Base Lewis-McChord. the magnitude of construction for this project is between $250,000 and $500,000. Funds are currently available for this project. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. Technical questions will not be addressed during the site visit.
