Upgrades, repairs, redevelopment and modernization of the Deschamps pavilion at Notre-Dame Hospital. The scope of the project includes the redevelopment and modernization of the rehabilitation clinic and provides for redevelopment work in the physiotherapy, audiology and occupational therapy department on the 1st floor of H and I wings of the Pavilion. TIMELINE: The owner has cancelled the Request for proposals for design services 2024-1850, reference number 20016688, by issuing an addendum before the deadline for receipt of proposals. The owner is redefining the project scope and may issue a new RFP for design of this project that will be followed in a new separate report. Coverage of this report has been discontinued.
