The Housing Authority of the City of Brownsville, Texas, and its affiliated entities ("HACB") hereby invites proposals from qualified, licensed and experienced design professionals interested in providing architectural and engineering services. The successful respondent must demonstrate knowledge and experience of the Federal, State, and local laws applicable to public housing developments, HUD regulations and requirements, Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, the Americans with Disabilities Act, Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) regulations and requirements, and LEED design, and have an excellent track record of performance in a timely manner. This Request for Qualifications (RFQ) contains submission requirements, scope of services, period of services, terms and conditions and other pertinent information for submitting a proper and responsive proposal.
