SCOPE OF PROJECT This project is to remove the existing 400 W HID lamps, bypass the ballast, and replace with 75 GE LED lamps in parking lots A, B, and D at CHICHO. Bidder is responsible for providing all materials, supplies, labor, and equipment (including lifts), necessary to perform and complete all aspects of the work outlined in this RFP. Existing lights to be removed are Phillips PHI 42602-3 PHI MH400/U/ED28 MH 400W MOG BASE CLEAR COMPACT. Light Poles are 480v. Product Specifications Products must be the exact manufacturer and design as specified below. Alternates will not be considered. Storage is not available at CHICHO. MECA will work with the successful Bidder to identify a temporary staging area when the project begins. o MECA will provide dumpsters for items that don't have specific disposal regulations. o Bidder is responsible for keeping work areas in a safe and orderly mannercleaning work area upon completion each day and at conclusion of project. o Bidder must protect all adjacent areas not receiving work under the project and repair any damage to these areas at their own expense. o The successful Bidder must provide MECA the name and cell phone number of the project lead that will be on site every day.
