RFQ's are under evaluation. *The closed solicitation has been included below for reference: This solicitation seeks a "Statement of Qualification" (SOQ) for Project Consultant Services on behalf of the University of Nebraska ("The Owner") to augment the "Project Team" comprised of HDR Architecture Inc. (HDR) and Kiewit Building Group Inc. (KBG) to deliver a new state-of-art academic acute care facility: Project Next Phase I, Project Health - Building The Healthiest Nebraska ("The Project"), located on the University of Nebraska Medical Center (UNMC) campus in Omaha, Nebraska. The Project Team is seeking a "Project Consultant" for Professional Parking Design Sub-Consulting Services. The Project Consultant will contract directly with HDR to provide services including, but not limited to, design and construction administration services for The Project. The Program Stage is complete, and the Validation Phase is currently underway.
