The Existing Air Handler is Approximately 20 Vears Old and Nearing the End of Its Serviec Life. The Air Handler Has Significant Deterioration. Air Handier 96 in Critical to Hollings Cancer Center Research Operations and Needs to Be Replaced. Location 86 Jonathan Lucas Street, Charleston, SC 29425 Bid Security is Required in An Amount Not Less Than 5% of the Base Bid. Performance and Labor & Material Payment Bonds: the Successful Contractor Will Be Required to Provide Performance and Labor and Material Payment Bonds, Each in the Amount of 100% of the Contract Price. Construction Cost Range $1,700,000 to $2,000,000 Bid Security is Required in An Amount Not Less Than 5% of the Base Bid.
