The Contractor will provide all personnel, labor, materials, vehicles, and equipment necessary to complete the removal/disposal of existing windows and subsequent purchase, delivery, and installation of new ballistic, tempered, and one-way tinted windows for Building 390, Hunley Park Entry Control Point (ECP), on the Air Base and Building 404, Post 5 ECP, on the Weapons Station. The description and quantities of windows are identified in the Materials section. All work must be conducted during normal working hours, Monday through Friday, for replacement of new windows at six (6) guard facilities/ECP's. The windows shall be constructed with ballistic protection per UL 752 Level III. The windows should also have limited view glazing installed in accordance with UFC 4-022-01 para 6-9.6.3. The windows should exhibit specular-reflecting, low transmission glazing with at least a 15% tint, if possible. The Contractor will protect all Government equipment, property, equipment, walls, windows, buildings, and vegetation during the existing window removal and new window installation process. The Contractor will be responsible for any damage to the existing structures or grounds. Removal of packaging and all debris from material shall be removed and disposed of by the contractor at the time of delivery and installation.
