Renovation of a military facility in Charleston, South Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a military facility.
JB Charleston requires the removal/disposal of existing windows and subsequent purchase, delivery, and installation of new ballistic, tempered, and one-way tinted windows for the following buildings/Entry Control Points: Bldg 390 Hunley Park ECP on the Air Base, and Bldg 404 Post 5 ECP on the Naval Weapons Station. Please see attached Statement of Work and Combo Solicitation. The following window materials shall provide ballistic protection and reduce the visible signatures of the security personnel within the guard facilities. All items shall be new, free from defects affecting safety, appearance, durability, service, and in conformance with the specifications. The Contractor shall verify these measurements prior to providing solicitation. CONTRACT PERFORMANCE The Contractor shall begin place the order for the new windows within ten (10) days of award. Once installation begins, all window replacement shall be completed within thirty (30) calendar days.
