South Carolina Department of Natural Resources (SCDNR) is soliciting for bids to provide all required equipment and services to dry-dock or haul the boat out of the water, repair and repaint of the R/V Palmetto, a 110' OAL x 26' Beam x 7' Draft steel hull vessel. The R/V Palmetto will be ready for departure to the Contractor's boat yard on or after NOVEMBER 19, 2024. The R/V Palmetto must be underway to her home port in Charleston Harbor, SC, no later than MARCH 21, 2025. All work, including additional work, must be finished so that the vessel can make this departure time.
