Renovation of a municipal facility in London, Kentucky. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The Intent Is To Eliminate Water Infiltration At Various Points Of The Building Envelope, Repair Existing Facade Damage, And Repair Existing Structural Wall Components. This Contract And Scope Are Intended To Be Limited To Exterior Work. Scope, As Noted By Owner, Includes But Is Not Limited To 1. Tuckpoint Select Areas Of Existing Mortar Joints, Specifically The Entire Upper Second Floor Exterior Southeast Wall Of Drill Hall. 2. Remove Rust Stains On The Exterior Surfaces. 3. Remove Mold/algae/dark Microbials From The Facade With Appropriate Cleaners. 4. Pressure Wash All Exterior Surfaces. 5. Replace And Then Paint Select Exterior Hollow Metal Doors And Frames And Associated Hardware. 6. Provide New Backer Rod And Sealant To All Existing Exterior Brick Veneer Control Joints. 7. Clean And Paint Select Existing Exterior Lintels. 8. Replace Select, Existing Exterior Steel Lintels With New Lintels. 9. Reinforce Existing Masonry Walls DMA London Exterior Upgrade
