Site work and new construction of a parking garage in Sandusky, Ohio. Completed plans call for the construction of a parking garage; and for site work for a parking garage.

All plan holders must be included on the plan holders list at ARC. Submitted proposals not recorded on the plan holders list shall be considered non-responsive. Notice is posted on the Erie County Health Department's website at online . The Bid Proposal must include the cost to perform all the work shown on the drawings and in accordance with the project specification requirements. Proposals are to be submitted in a sealed envelope, plainly marked "Proposal for New Garage for the Erie County Health Department (ECHD)." Proposals may be submitted via regular mail or by delivering the proposal to the Erie County Board of Health. Faxed or e-mailed proposals not accepted. Each Proposal must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond in an amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the total maximum proposal price made payable to the Erie County Board of Health as a guarantee that the proposal bidder will enter into an acceptable contract. In addition, a Performance Bond will be required to the contractor awarded the project. Award will be made to the lowest or best proposal bidder and the right is reserved to reject any or all proposals and waive any irregularities. Question should be directed to Greg Schmid, Principal Architect of Schmid Architects, Inc. at greg@schmidarchitects.com no later than 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday, September 25, 2024. The Owner reserves the right to waive any informality in the proposal, and to reject any and all proposals.
