Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Edmonton, Alberta. Design plans call for the construction of a 138-unit multi-residential development; and retail development.
Revitalization of the existing Petrolia 1.84 ha property located at the southwest corner of 41 Avenue NW and 115 Street NW, Edmonton, in the Royal Gardens neighbourhood. The redevelopment of the property aims to increase the density of the site to a minimum of 138 affordable homes utilizing a mix of townhomes and apartment units and include approximately 7,000 sq. f.t of commercial/partner space, a multipurpose space and a site office. Method of delivery will be Design-Bid-Build. TIMELINE: Project is in planning stage. Design work has not yet begun. Construction may be planned for 2026/2027. Complete scope of work and project schedules may be confirmed fall 2025.
