Individuals Who Are Determined By The District To Be Harassing, Uncooperative, Demeaning, Intimidating, Or A Threat To The Safety Of Persons Or Property Shall Be Promptly Removed By The District And May Not Be Permitted To Provide A Proposal For This Project Or Attend Future Pre-bid Conferences. The District Will Not Respond To Any Bidder Inquiries Or Clarification Requests Submitted After Such Date/time.
