The City of Monroe will be accepting sealed bids for 13,750 feet of 4-inch Concrete-Coated Steel Gas Pipe. Specification on the pipe is listed below: 13,750' - API 5L X-52, 4.5 INCH OD, .237 WT, 6-18 MILS FBE + 40 MILS Powercrete, ERW, DRL, PEB The City of Monroe will be accepting Bids to procure material needed to construct 13,750' of 4" Concrete Coated Steel Natural Gas Line. Please submit any questions regarding this Invitation to Bid to Mark Harrison, via email. At the discretion of the Purchasing Agent, companies may or may not be contacted for further justification on pricing and details provided in the Bid submittal. Please submit any questions regarding this ITB to Mark Harrison, via email. Award shall be given to the lowest bid that meets the requirements as listed in this Invitation to Bid, while being both responsive and responsible, with reservation of right to reject all bids.
