Site work and paving for a civil project in Atlanta, Georgia. Conceptual plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel; for paving for a bridge / tunnel; road / highway; road / highway; and water / sewer project.
The Chattahoochee Riverlands Segment 1 project begins at Marietta Blvd connecting to an existing trail along the Chattahoochee River, continuing north and east to the Standing Peachtree Greenspace. The project will be a 0.9-mile. It will require the contractor to install header curb, prefabricated steel bridges, retaining walls, 12 concrete trail, asphalt paving, drainage structures, roadway striping, signing, trail amenities, and landscape. Deadline to Submit Questions in Writing: Monday, September 16, 2024 no later than 5:00 PM (ET) via email. Each Bidder is required to furnish a bid guarantee in the amount of five percent (5%) of its total bid amount. A Bidder offering alternative bids must provide a bid guarantee for the largest total bid amount City reserves the right to reject any bid in which the prices appear to be unbalanced. Where only a single responsible and responsive bid is received, City may, in its sole discretion, elect to conduct a price or cost analysis of the bid. Such Bidder shall cooperate with such analysis and provide supplemental information as may be required. The determination of whether to enter into a contract with such Bidder shall be solely within City's discretion and not dependent upon performance of a price or cost analysis.
