Gum Creek Water Main Crossing project described as follows: STATEMENT OF WORK: Directionally Drill 6 water main crossing under Gum Creek at LA-41 Spur, and associated appurtenances in the Town of Pearl River Complete Bid Documents, Instructions to Bidders, Bid Form, Contract, Plans, Specifications, and Forms of the Bid Bond, Performance Bond and Payment Bond, and other bidding documents for this project are available in electronic form. They may be obtained without charge by emailing a request to info@pecla.com. Each Bidder must deposit with his/her bid, security in the amount of at least five percent (5%) of the total bid price, provided on the specified form and subject to the conditions provided in the Information for Bidders. Sureties used for obtaining bonds must appear as acceptable on the U. S. Department of Treasury Circular 570. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids for just cause; such actions will be in accordance with Title 38 of the Louisiana Revised Statutes. Each bidder must inform him/herself fully of the conditions relating to the construction of the project and the employment of labor thereon.
