Kitchen Rehab at State Aided Development: 14 Ashton Avenue (705-I) in Falmouth, Massachusetts The Project consists of but not limited to: Demolition of interior finishes, millwork, exposed insulation, and select electrical and plumbing fixtures and replacement with new. ALTERNATE NO. 1: Bath 14 Description: Replace vanity base cabinet, lavatory, and flooring in Bath 14. Estimated Construction Cost: $105,000.00 General bids and sub-bids shall be accompanied by a bid deposit that is not less than five (5%) of the greatest possible bid amount (including all alternates) and made payable to the FALMOUTH HOUSING AUTHORITY. Note: A bid deposit is not required for Projects advertised under $50,000. The participation goals for this project shall be 15.3% for minorities and 6.9% for women.
