TATAKET APARTMENTS PIPING REPAIRS - PHASE 1 CFP2024 This project is to replace the failing copper domestic water and heating piping at the Falmouth Housing Authority's Tataket Apartments (47-5). The project work area covers the north building boiler room and 18 apartments served by the boiler room at the first, second and third floors. The repair work scope includes replacing the horizontal mains, vertical risers, branch piping and returns for domestic water and heating piping. Baseboard heating units will be replaced throughout. In all apartment units walls and ceilings shall be cut, patched and painted in order to access and replace piping. Work shall be phased to minimize impact on/relocation of tenants. Contractor Qualification DCAMM Certificate Required for DCAMM contracts over $150,000, Highway Division contracts over $50,000. The work is estimated to cost $976,000.00. All bidding Requests for Information (RFIs) shall be submitted online by 06/20/2025 at 5:00PM EDT for filed sub-bids and by 06/25/2025 at 5:00PM EDT for general bids
