Site work and new construction of a multi-residential development in E Falmouth, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for the construction of a one-story above grade, one-unit multi-residential development.
The Town of Falmouth is seeking proposals from qualified developers to develop a detached single-family dwelling on the Town-owned parcel at 21 Pheasant Lane, Falmouth, MA 02536, consisting of 0.26 acres. The selected developer should have demonstrated experience and capacity to develop affordable housing that best addresses the needs and goals of the Town. Proposers or members of their development teams are expected to have successful experience in developing and managing affordable housing and associated subsidy and service programs. The property will be transferred in "as is" condition and the Developer shall comply with all applicable state and federal laws. Title will be conveyed in fee simple, and all improvements will belong to the Developer's ownership entity. Proposals must be submitted in compliance with the Uniform Procurement Act, G.L. c. 30B. Bidders must register on the Town's procurement site to ensure receipt of any changes or addenda. The Town Manager is the Awarding Authority and reserves the right to accept or reject any and all proposals, waive any informality, and make the award in the best interest of the Town. All proposals shall be valid for at least 90 days following submission. The Town may cancel, reject, or extend the proposal at its discretion.
