The Sheriff Division is seeking submissions for a 12 month period of Janitorial services for our location at 240 Keawe Street, Honolulu HI 96813. This site has a controlled access requirement and vendors who are submitting bids will be required to submit a list of employees who will be entering the area for background screening which includes warrants, criminal history, etc. The list of employees who will be servicing our area shall be submitted no less than two weeks prior to entry into our facility. The expected work to be performed will be listed in the line item. On site visits can be requested through the contact person of this solicitation to help ascertain the project scope and details based on the physical location/layout. Period of this project shall be from October 1, 2024 to September 30, 2025.
Work detail: WEEKLY SERVICE: Mondays/Wednesdays/Fridays

o Dust common workspaces.
Landscaping
o Cut grass and trees around perimeter of property.
o Remove trash.
