Site work for a mixed-use development in Portsmouth, Virginia. Conceptual plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.

Facilities include all city owned parks and playgrounds. Funding is adequate to complete a Feasibility Study for recreation facilities at schools and preliminary engineering for said facilities. More comprehensive funding can be appropriated to a new project by council.
