Substantial Completion of the Work will be within 30 calendar days from the date the Start Work Order is issued, and completed and ready for Final Completion and payment within 10 calendar days from the date when Substantial Completion is achieved. Additional days for inclement weather will be granted at the discretion of the Construction Manager. Project consists of Curb & Gutter replacement on three location of SW Topeka as shown on the included Exhibits. The locations should be addressed based on their priority list as shown in the exhibits. The intent of this project is to replace the curb and gutter with Combined Curb & Gutter (Type Varies) without damaging the existing adjacent and/or abutting sidewalks or drive approaches. Project may include additional work associated with or affected by the construction activities. Such increases/decreases will be authorized by a Work Change Directive.
