Renovation of an educational facility in La Prairie, Quebec. Working plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Upgrades, repairs and improvements to Notre-Dame Saint-Joseph school (Saint-Joseph pavilion - secondary education) located at 320, Saint-Charles Street J5R 2N9 in La Prairie. The scope of work includes rehabilitation of the building envelope and replacement of mechanical and electrical systems. The project also includes site remediation work (drainage, road replacement, etc.). The exact scope and extent of work are being finalized. TIMELINE: Working drawings are underway. The owner has subdivided the project into construction packages (lots) and issued a tender for the the contractor of the first package that is now followed in the report under CRM ID name Major Rehabilitation Work at the L'école Saint-joseph - Lot 1. Construction start is anticipated in late spring/summer 2026.
