Site work and new construction of a fire / police facility in Bozeman, Montana. Completed plans call for the construction of a 10,000-square-foot fire / police facility; and for site work for a fire / police facility.
Gallatin Gateway Rural Fire District-Fire Station 2 at Four Corners Martel Construction is seeking bids for all scopes of work generally consisting of, but not limited to the following: Demo, shoring, concrete, masonry structural steel, carpentry glu lam construction, foundation insulation, waterproofing/dampproofing, doors and hardware, fire sprinkler, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, communications, access control, fire alarm, Site Work Package (excavation, backfill, site cut & fill with laydown yard, & utilities) and fencing. This work is to include all tools, equipment, materials and labor to complete this project. The project generally consists of, but is not necessarily limited to, the following major items: New Volunteer Fire Station for Gallatin Gateway Rural Fire District location will be: 260 Graves Trail, Four Corners, Bozeman, MT 59718. The work consists of but is not limited to: Earthwork, concrete footings and foundations, concrete slab on grade, wood framing, formed metal wall panels, metal roof panels, aluminum windows, sectional doors, gypsum board assemblies, interior finishes, mechanical systems, plumbing system, fire suppression system electrical system, technology system and other work indicated in the GGRFD FS2 Contract Documents.
