This Statement of Work is governed by and subject to the Agreement for Construction Services entered between CONTRACTOR and the COUNTY and is incorporated into that Agreement by this reference. CONTRACTOR agrees to: All work identified and noted within the Construction Drawings, Specifications, and Contract Documents for the West Gallatin Canal Lining Project. The project consists of the installation of approximately 1,620 LF of canal lining along the existing West Gallatin Canal for the West Gallatin Canal Company. Construction will include grading and shaping of the existing canal, installation of liner and ballast material, and required erosion control measures. Construction must be substantially completed by November 1, 2025, with final completion occurring no later than December 1, 2025. If the project is not completed within the time provided by this Agreement, the County may deduct for each day the Project remains uncompleted the sum of five hundred dollars ($500.00) each day from the compensation hereinafter specified and retain that sum as payment for liquidated damages sustained by reason of the Contractor's failure to complete the project on time.
