The total area of the building addition is approximately 8,000 GSF. The buildings primary occupancy will be Assembly A-5 use, with mixed occupancy of A-2, B & S. and Type IIB Construction Type. The scope of the work includes structural, mechanical, electrical, and architectural disciplines.
