The Contract includes the rehabilitation of the primary clarifier concrete tanks, effluent weir replacement and all other work identified in the Contract Documents. The Work includes all materials, equipment, labor, necessary apparatuses, and other miscellaneous labor and materials as contemplated by the Contract Documents. 1. Demolition and removal of existing weirs. 2. Primary Clarifiers 1,2,3 and 4 concrete repairs and coatings. 3. Installation of new Primary Clarifier Effluent Weirs. 4. Site restoration. 5. All other work shown, specified or necessary for a complete job. The Contract Documents specify Davis-Bacon Wage rate requirements for the Project and are attached to the Bidding Documents. The wage rates will also be posted in a conspicuous location, visible to all of the contractors employees. All Bidders must submit a bid security in the amount of 10% of the total bid price. A Performance and Payment Bond, each in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the estimated contract price, shall be required from the Successful Bidder. A non-collusion affidavit is required for this Bid. While Bidders may make comments to clarify their bid, Bidders cannot change, modify, delete or make additions to the wording to any of the Bidding Documents including, but not limited to, the Agreement. Unauthorized conditions, exceptions, limitations, or provisions attached to a bid may be cause for rejection of the bid.
