Harrisburg Area Community College is seeking requests for information regarding to design and install a video surveillance camera array into the indoor shooting range within the Jeffrey E. Piccola Law Enforcement Complex located at the Harrisburg Campus. The camera array will cover all 25 shooting lanes which have up to 4 shooting lines per lane. All shooting lines will need to be video captured and integrated with the college video surveillance system. Questions Due Date: Aug 27th 2024, 1:00 PM EDT SUBMIT QUESTIONS ONLINE Scope of Work: 1. Conduct a thorough assessment of the indoor shooting range to determine the optimal placement and number of surveillance cameras considering safety, security, and monitoring requirements. 2. Identify surveillance camera systems that meet the specific needs of the shooting range, including features such as high-resolution imaging, low-light capabilities, and compatibility with existing infrastructure. 3. Outline additional equipment, licenses, or materials required for installation of cameras, including wiring, mounting, and integration with existing security systems. 4. Provide specifications needed to develop a comprehensive plan for camera integration, including network cabling plan, connectivity, storage solutions, and remote monitoring capabilities. 5. Provide recommended protocols and procedures for camera operation, maintenance, and data management to ensure compliance with privacy regulations and best practices.
