Renovation of a residential development in Saint Peter, Minnesota. Completed plans call for the renovation of a residential development.

A. Portions of the Building Included: The complete reroofing of Areas A, B, C, D, and E; including mechanical and electrical modifications as shown on the Drawings. B. Existing Construction: 1. Area A: Structurally sloped concrete deck, one-ply felt vapor retarder, multiple layers of extruded polystyrene insulation (approx. 6" thick), tapered wood fiberboard laid loose in isolated locations, and a 60-mil rock ballasted EPDM membrane. a. There is an area of 60-mil fully-adhered EPDM over 1/2" wood fiberboard mechanically fastened through multiple layers of extruded polystyrene insulation (varies 5.5" to 6.5") into the concrete deck. 2. Area B: Essentially flat precast concrete plank decking, one-ply felt vapor retarder, multiple layers of extruded polystyrene insulation (varies 4.5" to 6.5"), 1/2" wood fiberboard mechanically fastened through insulation layers down to the precast concrete plank decking, and a 60-mil fully-adhered EPDM membrane. 3. Area C: Structurally sloped concrete deck, multiple layers of extruded polystyrene and wood fiberboard insulation (varies 6" to 7"), 1/2" wood fiberboard mechanically fastened through insulation layers to the concrete deck, and a 60-mil fully-adhered EPDM membrane. 4. Area D: Structurally sloped concrete deck, 1-1/2" extruded polystyrene insulation laid loose, and a 45-mil rock ballasted EPDM membrane. 5. Area E: Structurally sloped concrete deck, two layers of 1" extruded polystyrene insulation laid loose, and a 45-mil rock ballasted EPDM membrane. 6. Refer to Section 01 70 00 for information regarding examination of the existing construction. Question Deadline 09/24/2024 Questions received less than five days prior to the date of bid opening will not be answered. Description: Removal of 121 squares existing roofing and installation of a new 60-mil fully-adhered roof system, also includes mechanical/electrical modifications and new translucent insulated skylights Site Address: 1010 South 4th Street St. Peter, MN 56082 Est.
