Contractor is responsible to verify all measurements on site prior to start of work. 2 All work is to be completed in accordance with all related NL Housing specifications and Occupational Health and Safety requirements. Work on this project includes, but is not limited to, Fence Installation - 97A London Road, Carbonear, NL. . The following outline is general and is not to be considered complete in every detail. All items to be supply and install unless otherwise noted. Contractor responsible for damage caused during construction. Before submitting a quote, bidders shall carefully examine the Contract Documents and the site of the proposed work to fully inform themselves of the existing conditions and limitations. No claim will be entertained or allowed for any labour, materials or other extras that may be required for the proper execution and completion of the contract, which could have been determined by site examination.
