Site work for a water / sewer project in Morrisville, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Owner will purchase all water system materials under separate contract. Each bid must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond payable to the Owner in an amount of not less than ten percent (10%) of the bid or bids. Only bonds from companies licensed to do business in the state where the Owner is located will be accepted and the bond shall so state same. Bids must be submitted unconditionally. No bidder may withdraw bid within SIXTY (60) days after the scheduled closing time for receipt of bids. The Owner reserves the right to waive any informalities, or to reject any or all bids. The Scope of Work for this project is generally described as follows: Installation of ductile iron pipe water main, fittings, valves, fire hydrants, copper water services, curb stops with boxes, connection to existing facilities, temporary trench restoration, trench base restoration, curb restoration, and sidewalk restoration. Proposed pipe materials, with the exception of the tapping valve and tapping sleeve, for the project will be purchased under separate contract by the Authority. Furnishing tapping valve and tapping sleeve, concrete, stone, and asphalt paving will be the responsibility of the Contractor. Question Deadline 09/10/2024 at 5:00 PM ET
